Campfire Evergreen

Campfire Evergreen invites you to join in the time honored tradition of enjoying wood-fired food together. The day starts early for their specialty trained Pizzaolos who start the fire in their imported Italian brick oven to eventually hand-make each Neapolitan style pizza to perfection for their guests. Watch as the Pit Masters add another log to the fire in the BBQ smoker out on the patio; sneaking a peak at the beef briskets smoking inside. 

Jared and Amanda Leonard and their welcoming staff are heading into their third summer together. They are excited to invite guests to enjoy a craft cocktail at the new bar inside or snag their favorite spot around the campfire to listen to a new line up of live music.  Parents love to watch their kids get some energy out at the playground, and their faces light up making S’mores over live fire. Campfire is for gathering together to share the good times from the day, a laugh, make a new friend, and create a stronger bond with family.

The Leonards are a power couple in the hospitality industry. Together they founded and run Campfire Concepts, based in Evergreen. While Jared oversees the operations of their 5 restaurants in the Denver area, Amanda leads their catering and events program, drawing on her decade-long career in running large-scale corporate events. Together, the Leonards are committed to sharing their love of hospitality with the local community and contributing to the growth of Evergreen's thriving business scene.
