The Wrecklunds are a vibrant bluegrass and Americana band hailing from Evergreen, Colorado. Formed in 2017, the group is known for its energetic live performances and distinctive sound, which blends traditional bluegrass with elements of country and rock. Over time, they've evolved from a purely acoustic string band into a more electric, "jamgrass" ensemble, incorporating instruments like keys and drums alongside their core string instruments.Their music features rich vocal harmonies and original compositions, with each of the five members contributing to the songwriting. The band's lineup includes Bryan Eklund on guitar, Mark Swaim on mandolin, Eric Drobny on bass, and Brandt Miller on banjo. Notably, their debut album Moon Over Broadway was released in 2020, and they were finalists in the prestigious Rockygrass band competition in 2021.The Wrecklunds regularly perform across Colorado, delighting audiences at festivals and venues with their dynamic sound that draws from bluegrass, classic rock, and honky-tonk.
