Guitarist, singer, and songwriter Jock Bartley of the platinum record-selling band Firefall headlines Call On Me, a one-night-only benefit concert to raise awareness for suicide prevention.
Performing as Firefall Acoustic with fellow band member Steve Weinmeister, Bartley will share stories about collaborations with some of Rock 'n Roll's greatest and talk about his long-time advocacy for suicide prevention. Bartley has worked with the American Association of Suicidology among others to put on benefit concerts to raise awareness, help fund the first national crisis line, and save lives. Bartley’s original song Call on Me, has become an anthem to raise consciousness about the growing mental health crisis and suicide, especially among young people.
Proceeds from Call On Me will benefit foothills-based Resilience1220, the Wooden Hawk Foundation, and Ovation West Performing Arts, nonprofits that support and encourage youth development.
