Celebrating new playwrights, this festival will be a collection of original, new one-act plays. In the fall, Evergreen Players sent out a request through social media asking playwrights to submit their unpublished plays. The plays were submitted by playwrights from around the country and five were chosen by a committee. Students in our Adult Directing Class will direct the plays. The five one-act plays will range from comedy to drama. Evergreen Players performing arts instructor, Tal Arnold, hopes to make this an annual event.

Following are the five one-act plays that were selected:
Mislaid Wife by V.B. Rankin, Directed by Alan Rubin
Angie & Ivy by Shafer Ross, Directed by Jillian Clements
HOA Policy by Tom Bruett, Directed by Laura Berman
Soar Spot by Allison Fradkin, Directed by Gretchen Samuels
Orpheus An' Eurydice by Joanne Greenburg, Adapted by Tal Arnold, Directed by Tal Arnold
